ABOUT UNITED NAAS

We start with the technical problem, not a task list.

United NAAS acts as an engineering and delivery partner for water, automation and electromechanical projects. We first identify what prevents the system from performing, then define a clear rehabilitation, execution and testing scope.

This approach is especially important in live facilities where design, supply and operation responsibilities overlap and successful rectification depends on reading the complete process.

SERVICES & EXPERTISE

Capabilities built around field requirements.

We do not deliver disciplines in isolation. We connect mechanical process, power, controls and testing while keeping responsibilities clear throughout delivery.

Water & Wastewater

RO, BWRO, STP, MBR, grey-water and chemical-dosing systems.

Automation & Controls

PLC, SCADA, VFD, instrumentation, signals and functional integration.

Electrical Works

MCC panels, cables, protection, electrical testing and equipment integration.

Mechanical Works

Pumps, blowers, piping, valves, installation and maintenance.

Operations & Maintenance

PM and RCM programs, reliability improvement, operational support and outage response.

Rehabilitation & Commissioning

Condition assessment, rectification, functional testing and documented handover.

ENGINEERING INTELLIGENCE

We read the complete system—not each asset in isolation.

Technical strength comes from connecting process, equipment, power and controls. Continue scrolling to move automatically through each analysis layer before execution decisions are made.

PROCESS LAYER

Can the hydraulic and treatment path achieve the required performance?

We review hydraulic balance, treatment sequence, actual capacities and bottlenecks before recommending any replacement or modification.

  • Flow and capacity at each stage
  • Bottlenecks and recirculation
  • System-wide impact of changes

ENGINEERING DELIVERY FRAMEWORK

A clear engineering path—from understanding the site to provable handover.

The stages are not isolated headings. They are connected decisions that move the project from its existing condition to a tested and documented system.

Assessment

We assess the existing system on site, identify constraints, tie-in points and what prevents the asset from performing.

OPERATIONAL READINESS GATE

Operational readiness is not assumed—it is demonstrated through clear verification gates.

This model shows what we review before a system is considered ready. Select a gate to view its verification points.

MECHANICAL COMPLETION

Are equipment, piping and valves installed and ready for safe inspection and operation?

Installation, direction and tie-in verification
Closure of observations affecting operation
Lubrication, alignment and mechanical guarding readiness

We do not move to operation because installation looks complete. We verify that assets can be tested without creating new risks or failures.

ENGINEERING INSIGHTS

Technical knowledge that helps clients make better decisions.

Short notes drawn from rehabilitation, commissioning and integrated systems—explaining where problems begin and how to assess them before approving a solution.

COMMISSIONING · 6 MIN

Why can commissioning fail when every asset runs individually?

A running pump or panel does not mean the system is ready. The gap is often in signals, interlocks and operating sequence.

+

Proper testing starts with the complete operating scenario: start permissives, failure modes, alarm response and agreement between field readings, PLC values and the operator interface. Commissioning is therefore an integration test—not a collection of isolated equipment tests.

RO SYSTEMS · 5 MIN

Before replacing RO membranes, what should be checked first?

Low production or high pressure may originate in feed conditions, dosing or measurement—not only the membranes.

+

We compare flow, pressure and conductivity across the stages, then review filters, dosing, recovery ratios and calibration. Replacing membranes without this assessment can allow the problem to return and add cost without resolving the root cause.

PLC / SCADA · 7 MIN

From the I/O list to process performance: where does the control gap occur?

Complete signals in the program do not guarantee that the logic reflects process needs or protects equipment.

+

We link every signal to its operating function, then review cause-and-effect, interlocks, alarm limits and failure states. The target is not an attractive screen, but logic that makes the system behave correctly in normal and abnormal operation.

QUALITY, HSE & CONTROL

Quality is not a final activity; it is how decisions are made.

Safety, risk control and technical documentation are embedded from initial assessment through final handover.

01

Risk Management

Identify site risks and operational interfaces before work begins.

02

Quality Control

Inspection, testing and acceptance points linked to the actual work scope.

03

PROJECT ENQUIRY

Share the technical challenge, not only the project name.

Send the scope, problem description or essential contact information. We will use it to understand the requirement and define the next step—not to send a generic response.
